JPMorgan’s Dimon Says Fed May Need to Hike to 6%  

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon said that the Federal Reserve may need to keep raising interest rates to 6%, versus the expected 5%, to keep inflation under control. So reports The Hill.

JPMorganIn an interview with Fox Business’ Maria Bartiromo, he said that while he backs the Fed pausing its hike once rates hit 5%, more increases may eventually be appropriate.

Dimon said the Fed’s decision on going beyond 5% could come in the last three months of the year. He called the odds of a hike to 6% about 50-50.
