The modules, which leverage artificial intelligence, focus on the “most labor-intensive and time-consuming operational issues” facing advisors and their employees. The three digital assistants are:
- Forms Assistant, which helps user find forms they need, pre-fills certain fields and helps user fill out the rest
- Navigation Assistant, which responds with step-by-step instructions when users say what they need
- Smart Call-Routing Assistant, “which understands the context and intent of a query, then matches the user with the appropriate expert”
The modules are built on the CIRA platform, which uses machine learning to help “understand the intent behind user queries” and then provide accurate responses that address users’ needs.
