Tuition Stress Causing Parents to Tap 401(k) Accounts

A recent Fidelity Investments study has concluded that parents are more likely to be serial borrowers from 401(k) plans when under the stress of paying for children’s college tuition. So reports MarketWatch.

Fidelity reached the conclusion by analyzing loan activities of 180,000 people over the past 12 years.
