Vanguard Founder Questions Usage of Target Date Funds

Vanguard founder Jack Bogle recently questioned if target date funds are appropriate for everyone.

In raising the question, he maintains that Social Security payments are as safe as any investment can be, so those who qualify for the government benefit may be able to use investments with more risk than target date funds.
