Finra Bars Ex-Raymond James Broker for Alleged Falsehoods  

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has barred a former Raymond James broker for allegedly falsifying statements to the industry self-regulator. So reports Think Advisor.

Raymond JamesFinra alleged in a letter of acceptance, waiver and consent that Timothy James Breslin “provided falsified bank account statements and checks” and made false statements in testimony to investigators from December to June.

The investigation resulted from a filing by Raymond James stating that Breslin was discharged for “initiating unfunded ACH transfers to [his] personal account” and “initial lack of candor regarding same.”
