Finra Bars Broker Accused of Secretly Borrowing from Clients  

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has barred a former broker who allegedly borrowed more than $850,000 from clients. So reports Financial Advisor.

finra 2William Winchester of Chattanooga, Tenn., who worked for LPL Financial and then Raymond James Financial Services, denied the borrowing to the firms and did not disclose it to the clients, Finra said.

Winchester settled the matter while neither admitting nor denying wrongdoing.
