Independent registered investment advisors believe women, Gen X, and Gen Y will be driving factors behind their practices in five year, reports Financial Advisor.

The findings come from a recent Charles Schwab Advisor Services survey. Among survey respondents, 65% said the categories of clients will be drivers of their businesses.
