A recent survey of investors concludes that advisors use of personal services, rather than investment services, plays a major role in building client relationships, reports Millionairecorner.com.

Among survey respondents, 82% said they feel their advisors strengthen relationships by returning calls promptly and 72% said their advisors make time for them.
