Average Health Costs Could Exceed Social Security Benefits

Rising costs for medical care for average middle-income retires are on track to almost exceed Social Security benefits for retirees in 10 years. That's according to HealthView Services’ Retirement Health Care Cost Index. So reports InvestmentNews.

In 10 years the average retirement couple will see health care costs rise to 98% of Social Security income, compared to 69% in 2015.
