Transamerica Financial will reimburse 2,304 current and former accounts as part of a settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on charges that the broker-dealer overcharged clients. So reports Financial Planning.

The settlement includes $553, 624 in money to reimburse clients and an additional $553, 624 as a penalty.
