Former Tucson advisor James Murphy has paid a $150,000 fine and $47,000 in restitution after stealing money from charitable organizations. So reports the Arizona Daily Star.

Murphy sat on the boards of various organizations and was involved in awarding charitable grants, but was caught using funds for his own personal needs.
