Ex-Raymond James Exec Sues Over Sexual Harassment

A former Raymond James executive has sued the firm, claiming she was wrongfully terminated in retaliation for filing an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission complaint alleging sexual harassment and discrimination. So reports ThinkAdvisor.

Raymond JamesJoena Bartolini Mitchell, who worked at Raymond James for 15 years, most recently as vice president, filed the suit in a Florida federal court. She also co-chaired the Private Client Group’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Raymond James didn’t respond to the publication’s request for comment.
