Longtime Morgan Stanley FA Leaves Amid Son’s NBA Legal Row  

Marc Cohen, a financial advisor with more than 50 years of experience, has departed Morgan Stanley and joined Stifel. So reports Barron’s.

Morgan Stanley2Cohen spent eight years at Morgan Stanley. Neither he nor the firm commented on his exit.

Morgan Stanley fired Cohen’s son, Darryl Cohen, in 2021 after he allegedly participated in a $5 million scheme to defraud three NBA clients. The younger Cohen, who is barred from the industry, still faces civil and criminal charges.
