A former Wells Fargo advisor has sued the bank and four male ex-colleagues, alleging that a male regional manager raped her and was enabled by the other former co-workers. So reports NBC News.
The complaint, which names the accuser as Jane Doe, claims that Eric Pagel, a Wells Fargo senior investment strategist and managing director, was the alleged attacker, and further alleges that the bank did not appropriately investigate when she broached the subject with officials.
Pagel referred NBC’s request for comment to Wells Fargo, which said through a spokesperson: “We take all allegations of misconduct very seriously… We just learned of the lawsuit today and are reviewing it.”
