JPMorgan Boosts Parental Leave to 16 Weeks

JPMorgan Chase has increased the available time off for a birth or adoption of a new child to 16 weeks, regardless of whether the parent is the primary caregiver. So reports Bloomberg.

JPMorganThe move echoes existing parental leave policies at Bank of America and Goldman Sachs.

JPMorgan also notified employees that it will raise sick days for full-time staff from six days to 10, while bereavement will go up from five days to 20.
