Vanguard to Reimburse Customers for Web Outage
Vanguard has agreed to reimburse clients for trading commissions following the outage of the firm’s website last month. So reports MarketWatch.
The February 17 outage, which lasted less than two hours, was related to planned maintenance on the website.
